Whether on your local high street, at your nearby train station or in a local shop, collections can be a really effective and simple way to raise money to support the work of Target Ovarian Cancer.

Doug's story

"Fundraising with collection boxes is easy. All that is involved is just to be nice when asking the shop to put a box on their counter."

Placing and regularly emptying our collection tins in shops, pubs, restaurants and other businesses in your area is a really easy way to get involved with fundraising and helps make a difference to women facing ovarian cancer.

If you'd like to find out how you can become a Target Ovarian Cancer collection tin volunteer please email fundraising@targetovariancancer.org.uk

Do your own collection

Get in touch and let us know where you're hoping to collect and we will try to secure the permit you'll need. These often need to be organised several months in advance so plan your date early on.

You will be sent all the materials you'll need for the day: collection buckets, symptoms leaflets and your own Target Ovarian Cancer tshirt.

Join one of our station collections

We organise regular station collections across London. These raise over £800 on average each! Just two hours of your time could pay for half a day of medical research into new treatments for ovarian cancer. Get in touch to find out more and to join Team Target!

Penny and Margaret

Collecting at stations across London since 2011, our volunteers Penny and Margaret have spoken to thousands of women and men about the symptoms of ovarian cancer and raised over £25,000 to support the work of Target Ovarian Cancer. Watch our video interview with them.
