We urgently need your help

"It is such a wonderful feeling knowing my mum’s money is helping other women like her and other mothers like mine, so that in time, maybe one day we will cure this wretched disease." - Islay Mackinlay

Survival of ovarian cancer is much worse than many other cancers because of the enduring problems of late diagnosis and a lack of effective treatment options.

The National Cancer Research Institute has shown that in recent years there has been a 39 per cent decline in the amount spent on ovarian cancer research. More funding is urgently required to support outstanding new ideas, driving these to become the new treatments that are so desperately needed. And Target Ovarian Cancer can currently only fund a small proportion of the extremely high quality proposals we receive.

Our research is only made possible through your support.
