Our courses:
A positive, informal day event. Our Being Together days bring together women affected by ovarian cancer in their local area. Each event is a great opportunity to learn more about us, meet other women with ovarian cancer and take part in activities which usually include relaxation workshops, tips on raising symptoms awareness and making the most of me time: share ideas about how to get the most out of life. Recent days have taken place in Newcastle and Perth, Scotland and we are in the middle of planning the new programme now.
If you would like to receive more information or attend one of our future events please e-mail Karin or call 0207 923 5475.

Participants experience different ways to help with anxiety and stress management through relaxation, mindfulness and imagery. This course is for younger women and will look at issues faced by younger women with ovarian cancer such as loss of fertility, how to support children through your cancer, relationships, getting back to work and sexual issues.
