Coronavirus: we need each other more than ever before

Just weeks ago we could never have imagined we’d be facing a challenge like coronavirus together. This far into the crisis, we’re concentrating on one thing: being here for you. We are doing everything we possibly can to keep our services going, and now we need to ask for your help.

Donate to our emergency appeal today

Our support line nurses have seen a surge of calls from women worried about the effect of coronavirus on their treatment and care. Many are worried about losing face-to-face contact with their nurses and support network. Our support line is still here for anyone affected by ovarian cancer. We’re also exploring new ways to bring women with ovarian cancer together – join the In Touch Facebook community and chat with others today, and keep an eye out for other ways we’re reaching out to support you during this challenging time.

The NHS has never been more stretched. But we are working with decisionmakers in the NHS and senior clinicians. Together we will do everything we can to make sure women with ovarian cancer can continue to access treatment. We are committed to making the voices of women with ovarian cancer heard, and we are providing the most up to date government guidance on our website

We need your help

We’ll always be here for anyone affected by ovarian cancer. But 20 women continue to be diagnosed every single day, and this crisis has hit us hard. We’ve had to cancel or postpone every one of our fundraising events, and what was set to be a record year for Target Ovarian Cancer is now in jeopardy. That’s why we’ve launched an unprecedented emergency appeal. Just £17 means our support line can help one more person. We know that many of you are feeling the strain, but if you can, please donate today and we’ll be there for more women when they need us most.

Thank you for standing with Target Ovarian Cancer. Together we can be there for women with ovarian cancer across the UK.
