We are delighted to announce our stellar line up of speakers presenting at Target Ovarian Cancer's Ask the Experts Conference on 13 September 2018 at the University of Reading

This free event is the biggest ovarian cancer conference in the UK and is open to women with ovarian cancer, their families and friends.

Join us in person or in your own time

We are proud to be able to connect those affected by ovarian cancer with the UK’s leading clinicians. Crucially, attendees will be able to put their own questions to the experts. There are three ways to join us:

  • In person at the conference by booking your free place today
  • Online on the day when we will be on Facebook and Twitter reporting live
  • In your own time. Each presentation will be recorded and available to watch online in the weeks after the conference - watch this space for updates

Meet the experts

Dr Rebecca Kristeleit

Professor Richard Edmondson from the University of Manchester: “There is lots of research taking place into innovative targeted treatments for women with ovarian cancer and I’m thrilled to be presenting about this at Target Ovarian Cancer’s Ask the Experts conference. Bringing experts together with women who have had a diagnosis of ovarian cancer can only be a good thing; I hope it will leave women and their loved ones better informed and feeling empowered to make decisions about their own diagnosis and treatment.”

Mr Adam Rosenthal

Mr Adam Rosenthal from UCLH in London: "I’m really looking forward to talking about screening and inherited ovarian cancer at the conference. The audience always ask great questions to keep me on my toes."

Dr Liz Moore

Dr Liz Moore from Cambridge University Hospitals: “I’m really excited to be part of this fantastic event. It’s a great opportunity to share my work with the women who it directly affects. I hope that they leave with their questions answered and feeling empowered.”

Dr Yvette Drew

Dr Yvette Drew from the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals: “I am so looking forward to presenting on PARP inhibitors and immunotherapy at Target Ovarian Cancer’s Ask the Experts Conference. The delivery of targeted, more effective, treatments for women with ovarian cancer is a hugely important topic and I am thrilled to be able to discuss the progress of this, as well as exciting new research in the pipeline.”
