Nurse Adviser

Are you a NMC registered nurse who is passionate about providing first-line support to anyone affected by ovarian cancer? Do you have the knowledge and skills to provide information and support via our nurse led support line? Could you help us to reach more clinical nurse specialists through our CNS engagement programme, providing them with high quality information and resources? Would you like to gain experience in designing services in partnership with our community?

We are looking for a registered nurse, who will work alongside our existing nurse advisers, to deliver our nurse-led support line, support our CNS engagement programme and assist with the development of new information and support services for everyone affected by ovarian cancer. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in gynae oncology who is looking to use their existing knowledge and skills whilst gaining experience within the charity sector.

Nurse Adviser recruitment pack

We would ideally like to offer this role on a 4 days a week (28 hours) basis but we are open to discussion about working patterns. You would be employed on a homeworking contract. This means that you may usually work from your home or remote location, with travel and accommodation costs met by the charity if you are required to travel. You will be required to attend at least quarterly all staff meetings in London, and other travel and overnight stays may be required.
