Volunteer with us as a Digital Champion

We're looking for volunteers to support us with moderating our growing online Facebook groups. If you’re a member of our online community, find out more and apply!

Feeling lost and struggling with it all, I found Target Ovarian Cancer’s support groups. At last I could speak to ladies who understood what I was going through, in mind and body.” Diane

  • Have you ever wondered how you can volunteer from home for just a few hours a week?
  • Would you like to play an important role in keeping our growing online community safe?
  • Do you have a passion for supporting others affected by ovarian cancer, and spreading the word about the support available?

We're an ambitious charity, building on our achievements and targeting what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives - symptoms awareness, early diagnosis, better treatments and support for all. We're also investing in our future. This is an exciting time to be joining Target Ovarian Cancer as a volunteer as we continue to grow as an organisation. Join us and together we'll fight for a world where everyone with ovarian cancer lives.

We're looking for volunteers to support us with moderating our growing online Facebook groups, the Ovarian Cancer Community and In Touch, through our Digital Champions programme.

Our online community connects those with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer, as well as their friends and family, to support one another and find strength from others who understand what they’re going through.

This is a new and exciting role, where you can develop your skills in online moderation and play an important role in the running of the groups.

You’ll be able to choose the shifts you want to do each week and can do this role completely from home, or when out and about! You’ll be part of a team of Digital Champion volunteers, so this is a great opportunity to connect with others affected by ovarian cancer whilst helping to spread the word about the communities, so that we can reach more people affected by ovarian cancer.
